Will-Drill Resources Inc. has retained Tristone Capital to sell properties involving 34 fields in North Louisiana, East Texas and Mississippi. The sale includes net proved reserves of 143 billion cubic feet of gas equivalent and net proved upside of 49 proved, developed, nonproducing locations and 250 proved, undeveloped locations.
