Will-Drill Resources Inc. has retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse to sell certain operated and nonoperated producing assets in Bienville and Red River parishes, Louisiana, as well as undeveloped Haynesville rights offered in separate packages. The producing package involves two operated units and five nonoperated units on 4,778 net acres in the Woodardville area targeting the Cotton Valley and Hosston formations. Seven additional operated units are being formed targeting the Cotton Valley and Haynesville. Estimated net production for October is 2.3 million cubic feet per day (100% gas) from 11 producing wells with five drilling or completing. Projected net cash flow for the period is $425,000.
