Xcite Energy Resources Ltd.

Xcite Energy Resources Ltd. has retained Stellar Energy Advisors to farm out an interest in Bentley Field on the U.K. Continental Shelf Block 9/3b. The field is 100% owned and operated by Xcite and is in 113 meters of water. It is estimated to contain up to 324 million barrels of oil using conventional recovery, and 576 using enhanced techniques. Xcite plans to drill a predevelopment well in 2010 estimated to cost $50 million. The company is offering the opportunity to earn an equity interest in the block by funding up to 100% of the costs for the predevelopment program. Interested parties should specify the percentage of costs they are willing to fund and the equity interest they wish to earn in exchange.
