Houston-based Chevron Corp. completed three horizontal Lower Spraberry producers in Midland County (RRC Dist. 8), Texas. The Spraberry Field wells were drilled from a Midland Basin pad in T&P RR Co Survey, A-201. The #261LS CMC Tiger Unit has a total depth of 19,880 ft and a true vertical depth of 9,073 ft. It was tested pumping 1,785 bbl of 44.7° API oil and 1.138 MMcf of gas per day from perforations at 9,475-19,751 ft. The flowing tubing pressure was 276 psi. The #263LS CMC Tiger Unit was drilled to 19,903 ft (9,087 ft true vertical). It pumped 1,505 bbl 44.7° API oil and 860,000 cu ft of gas per day from perforations at 9,478-19,778 ft with a flowing tubing pressure of 207 psi. The #264LS CMC Tiger Unit pumped 1,189 bbl of 44.7° API oil and 970,000 cu ft of gas per day from perforations at 9,646-19,947 ft. It was drilled to 20,070 ft, 9,073 ft true vertical. The flowing tubing pressure was 290 psi.
