Description
A Devon Energy Corp. horizontal Des Moines granite wash A venture flowed 14.4 million cu. ft. of gas and 821 bbl. of 56-degree-gravity condensate with 620 bbl. of water from a site in Hemphill County, (RRC Dist. 10), Texas. The #2H Mathers Ranch 167 (Allocation) is in Section 167, Block 41, H&TC Survey, A-241. The Mathers Field well was drilled to 18,059 ft. (10,279 ft. true vertical) and bottomed to the south. Production is from a fracture-stimulated interval at 10,400-18,003 ft. Gauged on a 64/64-in. choke, the well's shut-in tubing pressure was 2,220 psi and the flowing tubing pressure was 1,636 psi. Devon is based in Oklahoma City.
