Description

In Wheeler County (RRC Dist. 10), Texas, Devon Energy Corp. completed a western Anadarko Basin development test that flowed 17.5 million cu. ft. of gas, 653 bbl. of 56-degree-gravity condensate and 4,111 bbl. of water per day. The #4H Holt 20 is in Section 20, Block RE, Roberts & Eddleman Survey, A-503. The completion was tested in Cherokee (Des Moines) Granite Wash at 12,270-16,634 ft. after fracture-stimulation. Gauged on a 48/64-in. choke, the shut-in tubing pressure was 2,460 psi and the flowing tubing pressure was 1,188 psi, The true vertical depth at the Allison-Britt Field venture is 12,206 ft.
