Drilling Activity Summary
ConocoPhillips, based in Houston, completed and Alpine Sand well that was tested flowing 3.085 Mbbl of 38.3-degree-gravity oil, 1.26 MMcf of gas and 220 bbl of water per day. The #313-CD5 Colville River Unit, Section 18-11n-4e is the first Alpine Sand horizontal completion. It was drilled in Section 18-11n-4e in Umiat Meridian and is in the National Petroleum Reserve-Alaska. Production is from a horizontal lateral extending southeastward to 20,835 ft at a bottom-hole location in Section 32-11n-4e. The true vertical depth is 7,375 ft. Production is from a horizontal Alpine interval at 13,422-20,830 ft.
