Description
In Lea County, N.M., Devon Energy Corp. has completed two horizontal Second Bone Spring wells from a pad in the Delaware Basin in Section 15-23s-32e. The #213H Grumpy Cat 15 Federal was tested flowing 1.664 Mbbl of oil, 1.975 MMcf of gas and 2.3 Mbbl of water per day from perforations at 10,998-15,656 ft. The Diamondtail Field venture was drilled to 15,671-ft (10,705 ft true vertical). The lateral bottomed about 1 mile to the south-southwest. The offsetting #214H Grumpy Cat 15 Federal flowed 1.79 Mbbl of crude, 2.08 MMcf of gas and 2.25 Mbbl of water from perforations at 10,950-15,697 ft. It was drilled to 15,725 ft (10,699 ft true vertical) and bottomed to the southeast in Section 15.
