Indigo Natural Resources LLC is an independent natural gas and NGL company headquartered in Houston. The company is the largest natural gas producer in North Louisiana, developing the Haynesville Shale, the Bossier Shale and the Holly Vaughn formation. Indigo owns 50% of M5 Louisiana Gathering LLC, which owns assets in the core of Indigo’s acreage, including natural gas gathering pipelines, centralized facilities for treating, compression and dehydration, freshwater and produced water assets and a sand mine, which is currently under development.
