Diversified Energy
Diversified Energy Co. (NYSE: DEC) declared an interim dividend of $0.29 per share.
Diversified said the dividend is payable March 31, 2025 to holders of record by Feb. 28, 2025.
Evolution Petroleum
Evolution Petroleum Corp. (NYSE American: EPM) announced a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per common share for the second-quarter 2025.
The dividend is payable Dec. 31 to common stockholders of record by Dec. 13.
Mach Natural Resources
Mach Natural Resources LP (NYSE: MNR) declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.60 per unit, payable Dec. 10 to unitholders of record by Nov. 26.
Surge Energy
Calgary, Alberta-based Surge Energy Inc. confirmed a cash dividend CA$0.043 (US$0.31) per share.
The dividend is payable Dec. 16 to shareholders of record by Nov. 30.
Suncor Energy
Calgary-based Suncor Energy (TSX: SU; NYSE:SU) approved an increased quarterly dividend of CA$0.57 (US$0.40) per common share.
The dividend is payable Dec. 24 to shareholders of record by Dec. 3 and represents a 5% increase over the previous quarter’s dividend.
VAALCO Energy
VAALCO Energy Inc. (NYSE: EGY) declared a quarterly cash dividend of approximately $0.063 per share of common stock, or $0.25 per share on an annualized basis.
The dividend is payable Dec. 20 to stockholders of record by Nov. 22.
