As third-quarter earnings continues, here is a compilation of dividends declared in the week of Oct. 28 for select upstream, midstream and downstream companies.
Upstream
ConocoPhillips
ConocoPhillips Co. (NYSE: COP) declared a fourth-quarter dividend of $0.78 per share, payable Dec. 2 to stockholders of record by Nov. 11.
Coterra
Coterra Energy Inc. (NYSE: CTRA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share.
The dividend will be payable Nov. 27 to holders of record by Nov. 14.
Magnolia Oil & Gas
Magnolia Oil & Gas Corp. (NYSE: MGY) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share of Class A common stock. The E&P also declared a cash distribution of $0.13 per Class B unit.
Both the dividend and the distribution are payable Dec. 2 to shareholders of record by Nov. 8.
Marathon Oil
Marathon Oil Corp. (NYSE: MRO) declared a dividend of $0.11 per share on its common stock.
The dividend is payable Dec. 10 to stockholders of record by Nov. 15.
Vitesse
Vitesse Energy Inc. (NYSE: VTS) announced a quarterly cash dividend for its common stock of about $0.53 per share.
The dividend is payable Dec. 31 to stockholders of record by Dec. 16.
Midstream
Cheniere
Cheniere Energy Inc. (NYSE: LNG) announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per common share, representing a 15% increase from the prior quarter.
The dividend is payable Nov. 18 to shareholders of record by Nov. 8.
Enbridge
Calgary, Alberta-based Enbridge Inc. (TSX: ENB) declared a quarterly dividend of approximately CA$0.92 (US$0.66) per common share.
The dividend is payable Dec. 1 to shareholders of record by Nov. 15.
Energy Transfer
Energy Transfer LP (NYSE: ET) declared a 3.2% increase to its quarterly cash distribution of approximately $0.32 per common unit, or $1.29 per unit on an annualized basis.
The distribution will be payable Nov. 19 to unitholders of record by Nov. 8.
Hess Midstream
Hess Midstream LP (NYSE: HESM) announced a quarterly cash distribution of $0.68 per Class A share, an increase of approximately $0.02 compared to second-quarter 2024.
The distribution will be payable Nov. 14 to Class A shareholders of record by Nov. 7.
Downstream
Sunoco
Sunoco LP (NYSE: SUN) declared a quarterly distribution of approximately $0.88 per common unit, or $3.5 per unit on an annualized basis.
The distribution is payable Nov. 19 to unitholders of record by Nov. 8.
