Hess
Hess Corp. (NYSE: HES) declared an increased regular quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share on its common stock.
The dividend represents an approximately 14% increase compared to the second quarter, or $0.25 increase per share on an annualized basis.
The dividend is payable Sept. 30 to stockholders of record by Sept. 16.
Permian Resources
Permian Resources Corp. (NYSE:PR) announced an increase to its quarterly base dividend from $0.06 per share to $0.15 per share, or $0.60 per share annually.
The dividend represents a 150% increase to the company’s prior base dividend.
Unit Corp.
Unit Corp.’s (OTCQX: UNTC) previously announced quarterly cash dividend of $1.25 per share of common stock now has a payment and record date.
The dividend will be payable Sept. 27 to shareholders of Sept. 16 and will be funded by cash on Unit’s balance sheet.
Paramount Resources
Calgary, Alberta-based Paramount Resources Ltd. (TSX: POU) has declared a cash dividend of CA$0.15 (US$0.11) per common share.
The dividend is payable Sept. 27 to shareholders of record by Sept. 16.
Tourmaline Oil
Tourmaline Oil Corp.’s (TSXL: TOU) board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common shares of CA$0.35 per share (US$0.26).
The dividend is payable Sept. 27 to shareholders of record by Sept. 13.
