Upstream
Hess
Hess Corp. (NYSE: HES) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share.
The dividend is payable Dec. 31 to holders of record by Dec. 16.
NOG
Northern Oil and Gas Inc. (NYSE: NOG) announced a cash dividend of $0.42 per share on its common stock, representing a 5% increase year-over-year.
The dividend is payable Jan. 31, 2025, to stockholders of record by Dec. 30.
PrairieSky Royalty
Calgary, Alberta-based PrairieSky Royalty Ltd. (TSX: PSK) announced a quarterly cash dividend of CA$0.25 (US$.18) per common share, payable Jan. 15, 2025, to shareholders of record by Dec 31.
Range Resources
Range Resources Corp. (NYSE: RRC) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable Dec. 27 to stockholders of record by Dec. 13.
Unit Corp.
Unit Corp. (OTCQX: UNTC) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.25 per share on its common stock, payable Dec. 27 to shareholders of record by Dec. 17.
The company also declared a special cash dividend of $2 per share of common stock. This dividend is payable Dec. 27 to shareholders of record by Dec. 17.
Midstream
AltaGas
Calgary-based AltaGas Ltd. (TSX: ALA) announced a 6% increase on its common share dividend to CA$0.315 (US$0.22) per common share, or CA$1.26 (US$1.19) per share on an annualized basis.
The dividend is payable March 31, 2025, to common shareholders of record by March 17.
Enbridge
Calgary-based Enbridge Inc. declared a 3% increase to its dividend to CA$0.9425 (US$0.67) per common share, payable March 1, 2025, to shareholders of record by Feb. 15.
