Liberty Energy Inc. has appointed Arjun Murti to its board of directors, the company said on Jan. 22.
Murti has over 30 years of experience as an equity research advisor and is a partner at Veriten LLC and a senior adviser at private equity firm Warburg Pincus.
Murti has also been on the board of ConocoPhillips since 2015 and sits on the company’s audit and finance committee, executive committee and human resources and compensation committee. From 2006 to 2014 Murti was a partner at Goldman Sachs.
