Completed the second tranche of a previous private placement of common shares announced on March 3 by issuing an additional 657,089 common shares at C$0.15 per share for proceeds of C$98,563. The private placement now totals approximately 4.3 million shares and gross proceeds for both tranches were C$643,557.
