Closed the exchange offer of $600 million of its 6.125% senior notes due 2022. They were exchanged for an identical amount of outstanding, identical notes that were issued in a Nov. 17, 2014 private placement. The exchange offer expired July 9, and all of the original notes were validly tendered.
