South Sea Energy Corp. (fka Henley Ventures, Inc.), Houston, (OTCBB: HNVN) plans to acquire interest in a coalbed-methane project in East Kalimantan, Indonesia, from Indonesia-based CBM Asia Development Corp. for US$100,000. South Sea will acquire CBM's interest in the project. Other partners in the deal are Indonesia-based Ephindo-Ilthabi CBM Holding Inc. and Denver-based Far East Methane LLC. The deal is expected to close July 1.
