Pioneer Natural Resources

Pioneer Natural Resources has retained Scotia Waterous Inc. and TD Securities to sell its 35% working interest in the Union Transitoria de Empresas-Tierra del Fuego (UTE TDF) and its 50% operating working interest in the Lago Fuego Field. Both properties are in the Austral Basin, Tierra del Fuego, Argentina. Production from the properties is 12,460 barrels of oil equivalent per day (82% gas) and proved reserves are some 51.75 million barrels of oil equivalent.
