Total E&P USA Inc. has retained Scotia Waterous Inc. to sell its interest in Virgo Field offshore Gulf of Mexico. The package includes 64% working interest in two leases, Viosca Knoll blocks 822 and 823. The field produces from a depth of 1,130 feet from multiple stacked reservoirs of Pliocene to Miocene age. Five wells currently produce from a fixed platform. Current net production is 7.7 million cubic feet equivalent per day (82% gas).
