UGI Corp. is a distributor and marketer of energy products and services. Through subsidiaries, UGI operates natural gas and electric utilities in Pennsylvania, distributes propane both domestically and internationally, manages midstream energy and electric generation assets in Pennsylvania, and engages in energy marketing in 10 states, the District of Columbia and internationally in France, Belgium, the Netherlands and the U.K. UGI, through subsidiaries, is the sole general partner and owns about 26% of AmeriGas, the nation's largest retail propane distributor.

UGI Subsidiaries Commence Up to $450MM Offering of Senior Notes
UGI Corp. subsidiaries AmeriGas Partners and AmeriGas Finance commenced a cash offer to purchase up to $450 million of outstanding senior notes.
